We are Carl and Tanya Scheunert, the owners of Sweet Haven Barn. We are a family run business with the help of our four grown children; Jesse, Luke, Allison & Dylan. We could not feel more blessed to share our property with so many wonderful couples on one of the most special days of their lives!
Sweet Haven Barn has been a dream in our family for a long time. From having our own wedding at our private farm yard many years ago, we’ve found that our deepest passions lie within caring for the land and celebrating life’s most precious moments. We are so honoured to share our wedding venue with couples starting a new chapter of their lives. It is so special seeing each unique event come to life at Sweet Haven Barn and we love that our family can play a small part in each couples story!

Our name says is all, the “Sweet” aroma from the blossoming fields and trees, which leads us to “Haven” the stunning new barn, built to replicate a 19th century authentic barn with hand stained interior and exterior wood, elegant chandeliers, century old brick fireplace and a private bridal dressing room.
